Notification Settings

Use Notification Settings to choose whether Actualog sends scheduled account notifications, where they are sent, and which personal events are included.

Open Notification Settings.

Notification switch

The main switch enables or disables the notification schedule. When it is disabled, schedule controls are muted and no scheduled period is active. Your saved e-mail addresses are not deleted.

E-mail recipients

The page shows your primary account e-mail. Use Change e-mail to open E-mail Settings when the primary address must be changed.

Confirmed additional e-mail addresses can be selected as extra notification recipients. An unverified address is not offered as a trusted additional recipient; verify it first on E-mail Settings.

Frequency and time

Choose one schedule:

  • Every day — send on the selected hour each day;
  • Every week — also choose the day of the week;
  • Every month — also choose a day from 1 through 31.

Select the notification time from the hourly list. The schedule follows the user's account time context, so keep the time zone in your profile accurate.

Personal event options

  • Personal message notifications controls notifications about direct/personal messages.
  • Notify about my actions controls whether your own actions are included in the notifications sent to you.

These switches are separate from the overall schedule and recipient selection.

Save the settings

  1. Enable or disable scheduled notifications.
  2. Select any confirmed additional recipients.
  3. Choose frequency, day when applicable, and time.
  4. Set the personal-message and own-action switches.
  5. Select Save Changes.

Common problems

  • If an address is missing, add and verify it in E-mail Settings.
  • If notifications arrive at an unexpected local time, check the time zone in your User Profile.
  • Disabling the schedule does not remove or unverify e-mail addresses.
