User registration
You can create an Actualog account in two ways:
- Self-registration (any user, free entry point)
- Join as a company employee (invitation-based access to a workspace)
1) Self-registration (any user)
Use this when you are joining Actualog on your own:
- as an expert,
- as a freelancer/consultant,
- as a founder starting a workspace,
- or to explore communities.
Registration methods
You can sign up using:
- E-mail + password
- Sign-in providers (social / enterprise sign-in buttons)
Your login is always your e-mail address.
Best practices
- Use your real name — it improves trust and collaboration.
- Use a stable email address you control.
- Add professional profile links later in User Profile → Social.
Captcha
If captcha is shown, click it to refresh and generate a new one.
2) Join as a company employee (invitation)
Use this when your organization is already using Actualog.
How it works
- A workspace admin invites you to a Company Workspace.
- The invitation defines your role and permissions (for example: product editor, catalog manager, importer, user manager).
- You accept the invitation and become a workspace member.
What to do if you received an invitation
- Use the same email address that was invited.
- If you already have an account with that email, just sign in and accept.
- If you do not have an account yet, register with the invited email and then accept.
Tip: If you signed up with a provider (Google/Microsoft/etc.), make sure the provider email matches the invitation email.
Common issues & fixes
“I registered but don’t see my company”
You may have created a personal account but haven’t joined a workspace yet. Ask your admin to send an invitation, or create your own company workspace (if allowed).
“I used a different email than the invitation”
Invitations are tied to email. Ask your admin to invite the correct email or resend the invitation.
“I can’t access features like import / integrations”
These features depend on workspace permissions and plan. Ask your workspace admin to check your role and rights.
What’s next after registration
After you create your account:
- complete your profile,
- join or create a company workspace,
- join communities relevant to your domain,
- start managing product data and publishing catalogs.
